All stock is subject to availability. Whilst we will make every effort to represent items as accurately as possible, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor.
We offer you the following ordering options:
- Online store - Orders can be placed using our secure server.
- Phone - Orders can be made over the phone on 03 9589 0977.
- Email - Orders can be emailed to email@example.com. We will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours. Your items will be dispatch when payment is confirmed.
Please not all information collected will remain confidential.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery within Australia
- To ensure customer peace of mind, orders will only be shipped via registered post. (Unless specified by the customer)
- Goods will be delivered in approximately 3-7 business days.
- Order under $150.00 or sale items will incur a $10.00 postage and handling fee.
- Free postage and handling for orders of $150.00 or more on FULL PRICED ITEMS.
- Payments are to be processed prior to orders being shipped.
Delivery outside Australia
- Please allow 7 - 14 business days for delivery.
- Add $25.00 postage and handling.
- International customer will be responsible for their own local duties and taxes.
- Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay deliveries.
Little by Little cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
All items are thoroughly checked and packed with care at Little by Little. In the unlikely event that an items is damaged/faulty please notify us immediately on 03 9589 0977. We will pay for the return freight and will either replace and/or provide you with a refund of the faulty item, on receipt and evaluation by Little by Little and the manufacturer.
Please choose carefully as we do not exchange for change of mind. If you do exchange for any other reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay the delivery and handling fee and we must receive the items in their original state, with the proper tags still attached, unworn and undamaged within 10 business days. Please include a copy of your receipt when the items are returned. We can exchange at our Little by Little store in person if so desired. If an exchange is not possible, we will provide you with a Credit Note for the value of the item to be used within 3 months. We do not exchange sale items.
